SAVE AT HOME
Save At Home provides an online platform allowing Merchants to advertise promotional offers and deals to customers.
The Merchant is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, or partner of Save At Home.
Merchants are responsible for:
Creating and maintaining Deal listings
Uploading accurate descriptions, pricing, and images
Providing complete and truthful information
Delivering all products or services advertised
Merchants must ensure all listings comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.
Merchants agree to review and update their listings at least once every thirty (30) days.
Save At Home reserves the right to:
Remove outdated listings
Suspend inactive merchant accounts
Merchants must honor all Deals purchased through the Platform.
Deals may not be refused or cancelled once purchased except where:
Fraud is suspected
The customer violates redemption terms
Merchants agree that Deals listed on the Platform must remain redeemable.
If customers do not redeem their coupons within the specified time mentioned on the deal, then the Merchant will honour the full price paid for the deal/coupon as cash for purchase from the Merchant.
The Merchant is solely responsible for:
Fulfilling all Deals
Delivering products or services
Customer support
Warranty fulfillment
Installation or workmanship
Save At Home does not assume responsibility for any Merchant obligations.
The Merchant represents and warrants that:
All products and services comply with applicable laws
All installations meet required safety standards
The Merchant holds all required licenses and permits
The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Save At Home, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
Merchant services
Product defects
Installation issues
Warranty claims
Consumer complaints
Save At Home reserves the right to:
Remove or edit Deal listings
Suspend or terminate Merchant accounts
Issue refunds to customers in cases of non-fulfillment
Any refunds issued due to Merchant failure to fulfill Deals may be charged back to the Merchant.
Merchants grant Save At Home a non-exclusive license to use merchant logos, images, and promotional materials for marketing and advertising purposes.
Save At Home shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue
Lost profits
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Save At Home may terminate this Agreement at any time for:
Failure to honor Deals
Fraudulent activity
Misleading advertising
Failure to update listings
