Save At Home operates an online promotional marketplace that allows independent merchants ("Merchants") to advertise and sell promotional offers to customers.
Save At Home:
is not the seller of the products or services offered by Merchants
does not manufacture, install, or deliver goods or services
does not control the quality, safety, legality, or availability of merchant offerings
All products, services, warranties, guarantees, installations, and obligations are provided solely by the Merchant offering the Deal.
Save At Home acts only as a marketing and promotional platform facilitating the purchase of Deals between Customers and Merchants.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in order to use the Platform.
By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you purchase a Deal through Save At Home:
You are purchasing a promotional voucher or coupon redeemable with the Merchant.
The Merchant is responsible for honoring and fulfilling the Deal.
Redemption of Deals is subject to the specific terms listed on the Deal page.
Customers must follow all redemption instructions provided by the Merchant.
Save At Home does not guarantee appointment availability, inventory, or scheduling with any Merchant.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All products and services purchased through Deals are provided directly by the Merchant.
The Merchant is solely responsible for:
Product quality
Service delivery
Installation or workmanship
Safety compliance
Warranties and guarantees
Customer support
Save At Home assumes no responsibility for the performance of any Merchant.
Any warranties or guarantees associated with a Deal are provided exclusively by the Merchant.
Save At Home does not provide any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Service quality
Product performance
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Save At Home shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Merchant services
Product defects
Installation errors
Merchant cancellations
Scheduling issues
Customer dissatisfaction
Save At Home's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable Deal.
Customers agree not to:
Attempt to duplicate, reproduce, or manipulate Deals
Use fraudulent payment methods
Abuse refund policies
Harass Merchants or other users
Save At Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive or fraudulent conduct.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deals are not redeemable for cash
Deals cannot be combined with other promotions
Deals may be limited to one per household or customer
Merchants may impose additional redemption conditions.
Any disputes regarding services, installations, or product quality must be resolved directly with the Merchant.
Save At Home is not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and Merchants.
All content on the Platform including logos, text, images, graphics, and software is owned by Save At Home or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Save At Home may suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
Save At Home may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
